Inspiration Monday is a collection of posts IMGers have found interesting. It may be cool artwork, an interesting article, a tool to help with work or just a funny video to get your mind off of it for a while.

I love this water dome for the Koi in your pond. It gives them a view of the world above the waterline.



This one is for Cheryl. On our honeymoon we went snorkeling in Antigua, and jumped in. Cheryl saw something just like this and walked on water to get back in the boat. Yeah it was freaky, but just like the jellies in this story the ones we saw ended up being harmless.

A couple of weeks ago I spent the afternoon at the Adventure Park in Sandy Spring, MD. Ropes, suspension bridges and zip lines with 5 different levels of difficulty and tons of fun. Before you ever start climbing up you get locked into a safety line and you ate always hooked in until you finally reach the ground again.

Summer is here and time for many of to take a vacation and get away from it all. Doing this on a daily basis can make you less agitated, able to sleep easier and happier. How can you do this every day with all the distractions and stuff going on?

Zen Buddhists refer to the constant chatter of the mind as monkey mind. Our minds are in constant motion and makes it difficult to slow down and appreciate the current moment. This unsettled feeling makes you restless, anxious and your interactions with others become stressful.
